Sorry that we have been remiss in our blogging duties. I can't believe that Jesse hasn't posted a SINGLE poem this month. This will soon be remedied, I hope.
In the meantime, I want to pronounce the commencement of our September tour. Here are the dates:
Sept 4: Brooklyn, NY. Southpaw. 8pm. $10. Opening for Big Sandy (old school rock-n-roll of the highest caliber)
Sept 5: Montpelier, VT. The Lamb Abbey. 8pm. $10
Sept 9: Whately, MA. Watermelon Wednesdays. 7:30pm. $15. With Joy Kills Sorrow--bluegrass instrumentation, modern vibe, stellar singing, killer playing.
Sept 10: Cambridge, MA. Club Passim. 8pm. $12. With Joy Kills Sorrow.
Sept 11: Turner’s Falls, MA. The Rendezvous. 9pm.
Sept 13: Philadelphia, PA. The Tin Angel. 7:30pm. $12 (If you’re planning on coming, please buy your tickets in advance)
Sept 16: Ashland, VA. Ashland Coffee and Tea. $12 advance/$17 door (so get your tickets early!). 8pm.
Sept 19: Knoxville, TN. Barley’s Taproom. 10pm.
Sept 22: Winston-Salem, NC. The Garage. 9pm. With the Hobo Nephews of Uncle Frank.
Sept 23: Raleigh, NC. The Berkeley Café. 7pm. $8.
Sept 24: Asheville, NC. Jack of the Wood. 9pm. $5
