Ohhh what fun! If it's not too risque, I vote for "PUSH-UP BOYS" or "CORSET BOYS"
or even "BINDER BOYS". Otherwise my vote is for Runaway Caboose.
xo
see you in August,
Amanda Lynn
I mentioned to Emily in a previous email the idea of calling them "The Substantials", i.e., hobo-speak for meat and potatoes, etc. :)
I suggested this in person, but I cast *10* votes for "The Salty-Front Brothers/Boys". Or, if that's too much, "The Candy-Ass Boys". Or, if that's too much, just "Hard Candy".
But I think some form of double entendre is required.
I like "the Back-Up Boys." You get the alliteration of the word Back in the whole name as well as the B - B - B sound, like in "BEST!"
Otherwise I'd go for Wandering Boys but let's hope they don't wander far. You wanna keep those boys, yup, you do.
I like the Caboose reference
I like "boxcar boys," or how about "hobo boys?"
boxcar boys. no question.
Moonshine Hobos!! Please make it Moonshine Hobos?!
I'm also into the Railriders, but that's mostly because I think that would look really great on a poster with Caleb's crew. The Sweetback Sisters and their Railriders, along with Caleb Stine and the Brakemen, choo-chooing into a town near you!
I like runaway caboose
How about Back Alley Boys or the Alley Cats?
Hello! Good Site! Thanks you! mnbfapekkvuzux
Well, since you are the Sweetback Sisters, I second that you need some brothers! How about the: 1.Bottom Feeder Brothers?
2.Not-So-Big Brothers?
3.Bum Luck Brothers?
4.The Backup Brethren?
5.Babyback Brothers?
Brother something, anyway!
My original suggestion, which I'm not giving up on is "the furious four". It has the advantage of being gender neutral (Amanda Kowalski, it will be noted, is not a boy) and alliteration, AND its a reference to a seminal group of rappers, which is always a good thing for a post-modern country band.
I like Moonshine Boys or Boxcar Boys. Those two names seems to flow well.
I like those two (Moonshine or Boxcar) but I would put "band" next to it to be gender neutral. Also, if you added a harmonica player and an awesome washboardist, "furious six" doesn't seem to roll off the tongue quite as well.
how about:
The Sweetback Sisters and the BITTER BOYS
ya? ya?
